The Registration fee for participants includes:

After sending a duly completed registration form, the participant will receive a "Request for payment - Confirmation of the application acceptance" by e-mail.

The registration is completed as soon as the organisers receive the payment of the registration fee to the conference account. Payment must be in Euros.

The rate of the registration fee is determined by the date of the payment.

A copy of the bank transfer must be sent by e-mail to indicating that the amount belongs to the registration fee payment and additionally informing the delegate´s name.

To facilitate the acknowledgement of bank transfer payment, be sure to provide your complete name, details of amount paid, and other applicable information. Insufficient information causes delay and problems.

Please note that all transfer costs are covered by participants.




- Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time;

- Cancellation must be also in writing and sent to Organising Agency:

- In case of cancellation no later than 15th December 2017, the full amount
  less a cancellation fee of EUR 55 will be refunded.

- In case of cancellation after 15th December 2017, no refund will be made.

- Refund claims must include name of the bank, bank address, IBAN,
  S.W.I.F.T. / BIC code, account number and name of the account owner
  for money transfers.

- All refunds will be processed after the conference.
